Common Council Meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, 41 City Hall Place, Plattsburgh, New York, every Thursday, except holidays in which the meeting will usually be switched to the previous Wednesday. Voting occurs only at the Common Council Meetings and the public may speak at these meetings. Please review the Common Council Rules for Public Comment.

 

Our work session starts before the Common Council meeting at 5:00pm and the public is not allowed to speak unless by appointment or asked to do so.
