What Do I Need to Apply?

• EDRLF Program Application
• Business Plan with 12-month cash flow projection
• Information checked as required on application form by Office of Community Development

Financing Policies:

• Loan terms:                                      Variable – depends on project
• Interest Rate:                                    Fixed at ¾ Prime
• Application Fee:                                $100.00
• Loan Review Fee:                             $100.00
• Façade Loan Fees                            $100.00
• Closing and Administrative Fees       2% of loan amount

Eligibility Requirements

• Projects must create or retain existing jobs for low/moderate income family members
• Projects must be located in the City limits.
• Federal wage requirements may apply to commercial rehabilitation projects.
