Registration for fitness classes can be done here online or at the front desk of the City Recreation Center.

Members MUST pre-register to access classes for free.

Non-Members who register as Member status will be billed!  Please register honestly.

Class Descriptions


Spin


Spin your workout! Hop on our Livestrong spin bikes for a fun and intense workout set to energy pumping music! Great way to get in shape for biking or to burn some serious calories. Bring a towel and a water bottle.

Afterburn


A weight management and strength training program designed to help participants lose or maintain weight and health.  Participants will learn how to lift correctly and perform exercises designed by a certified personal trainer.

Stay Fit Over 50


For active adults over the age of 50 who are looking to stay healthy and fit. Functional strength training will be the focus along with maintaining balance and mobility. Those doing Pickleball, tennis, curling, shuffleboard, and other recreational sports are encouraged to join.

Drop-In Day Pass


Want to try out a class?  Use our day pass to participate in any of our fitness classes (as long as there is enough space) by paying per class.  You can use the day pass rate as often as you want!

Registration


Registration for fitness classes can be done bleow or at the City Recreation Center front desk.  Members need to pre-register to access classes for free.  This will also allow us to send emails for updates/cancellations.
