City of Plattsburgh Local Law P-2 of 2024

On Thursday May 2, 2024 at 5:30 PM in the Common Council Chambers of the City of Plattsburgh a hearing will be held to receive public comments on a proposed local law P-2 of 2024 a local law adding Chapter 177 “Harbor Management” to the City Code of the City of Plattsburgh that was prepared and circulated by the Department of State to potentially affected State and Local agencies in accordance with the requirements of Executive Law, Article 42.
