RFP for Non-Food Beach Materials and Supplies Concession

The City of Plattsburgh proposes to enter into a license agreement with a commercial tenant for the use of Vendor Space D (building map attached as Exhibit A) at the Plattsburgh City Municipal Beach. Request for Proposals of Consulting Services for the City of Plattsburgh Zoning and Subdivision Code Update

OVERVIEW
The City of Plattsburgh is seeking proposals from qualified consultants (“Consultant”) to assist City staff in performing a comprehensive update to the City’s Zoning Code, Zoning Map, and Subdivision Code to reflect the Vision, Objectives, and Implementation Plan within the City’s recently updated Comprehensive Plan.

Resurfacing of Pickleball Courts in South Acres Park

The City is seeking a vendor who can provide all the materials and services requested herein. The selected vendor shall provide the services required below. The vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, and insurance to install two (2) coats of acrylic coating to the five (5) existing pickleball courts in South Acres Park located at 23 Flynn Avenue in Plattsburgh, NY. The total area of the five (5) courts comprises approximately 1,928 square yards.

Downtown Grant Program - 39 Bridge Street Renovations

The City of Plattsburgh and Property Owner invites general contractors who can provide the services requested herein to bid on Downtown Grant Program - 39 Bridge Street Renovations and related work at the existing commercial building located at 39 Bridge Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.

Minority and Women-Owned Businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. The grant source funding this project has a M/WBE requirement of 10% MBE and 10% WBE. If unable to meet this requirement, please describe why in the bid proposal.
