(PLATTSBURGH, NY - October 7th, 2025) - On Saturday October 25th, the City of Plattsburgh will be full of spooks, treats and maybe even a few tricks! The sixth annual Downtown Trick or Treat event will be held on Saturday October 25th from 12:00-2:00PM.

The Planning Board is looking for individuals with experience in comprehensive land use planning, subdivision, site review, historic preservation principles, and zoning. We especially welcome those who are comfortable participating in public meetings.
