MUNICIPAL LIGHTING DEPT (MLD) BOARD MEETING

AMEND THE APRIL 2026 QUARTERLY MLD BOARD MEETING DATE

Whereas, the MLD Board Meeting schedule below was approved as part of the meeting schedule at the Organizational Meeting held on January 8, 2026; and

“Meets on the fifth Thursday at 4:30 P.M. of any month with five Thursdays in Common Council Chambers (January 29, 2026, April 30, 2026, July 30, 2026, October  29, 2026 and December 30, 2026) 

Whereas, the Manager of MLD requested to change the April 30, 2026 meeting to Thursday, April 23, 2026 due a scheduling conflict; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:  In accordance with the request therefore the Common Council approves moving the April 30, 2026 MLD Board Meeting to Thursday, April 23, 2026 beginning at 4:30pm.
