The City of Plattsburgh and Property Owner invites contractors who can provide all the services requested herein to bid on Downtown Grant Program - 15 Clinton Street Renovations at the existing building located at 15 Clinton Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
Minority and Women Owned Businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. The grant source funding this project has an M/WBE requirement of 10% MBE and 10% WBE. If unable to meet this requirement, please describe why in the bid proposal.
The selection of the contractor will be made without regard to race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, or political affiliation.
This project has been divided into 4 separate RFPs for the items below.
1. Electrical
2. Roofing
3. Water Main Service
4. Sprinkler Service
Interested parties can bid on one or any combination of the 4 RFPs.
For each of the relevant RFPs there will be a walk through at the project site. Please review the documents for specific times.
Bids are due on 10/27/2020 by 3:00 pm.
All submissions become property of the City of Plattsburgh upon submission. Hard Copy
